Die monatliche Auswertung von Absatz und Prognose war manuell und unübersichtlich. Heute läuft sie per Knopfdruck: exakt berechnete Kennzahlen, von KI verständlich in Worte gefasst — individuell je Vertreter und aggregiert für die Leitung, fertig als PDF. Der Kunde spart erhebliche Zeit, die Fehlerquote geht gegen Null. The monthly analysis of sales and forecast was manual and hard to read. Today it runs at the push of a button: precisely calculated figures, put into clear words by AI — individually per sales rep and aggregated for management, delivered as a PDF. The client saves considerable time, and the error rate drops to near zero.

Produktdaten mussten von Hand in eine GDSN-Excel mit rund 1.100 Spalten übertragen werden. Wir haben daraus eine Pipeline gemacht, die die Daten per KI-gestütztem Feld-Mapping überträgt — jede Zuordnung gibt der Kunde bewusst frei. Aus Stunden manueller Pflege wird ein automatisierter, nachvollziehbarer Lauf. Die bisher fragile Prozesskette wurde gestärkt, der Kunde spart viel Zeit bei der Datenpflege. Product data had to be transferred by hand into a GDSN Excel with around 1,100 columns. We turned this into a pipeline that maps the data with AI-assisted field mapping — the client deliberately approves every assignment. Hours of manual work become an automated, traceable run. The previously fragile process chain has been made robust, and the client saves a lot of time on data maintenance.

Mit Grenzpilot bauen wir unser eigenes Produkt: eine SaaS-WebApp, die Nutzer Schritt für Schritt durch die komplexe Zoll- und Einfuhrabwicklung führt. Die KI ist nahtlos in den UI-Prozess integriert — der gesamte Vorgang lässt sich in natürlicher Sprache steuern. Grenzpilot zeigt, dass wir nicht nur für Kunden lösen, sondern auch selbst entwickeln. With Grenzpilot we are building our own product: a SaaS web app that guides users step by step through complex customs and import handling. AI is seamlessly integrated into the UI flow — the entire process can be controlled in natural language. Grenzpilot shows that we don't just solve for clients — we build ourselves.

Als iSAQB®-zertifizierter Architekt (CPSA®) hat er geschäftskritische Systeme für Banken und Finanzinstitute, Pharma, Handel, Landwirtschaft und die öffentliche Hand konzipiert und über ihren gesamten Lebenszyklus verantwortet — vom ersten Architekturentwurf bis zum stabilen Betrieb. Zu seinen beruflichen Stationen zählen u. a. die Commerzbank, die Finanz Informatik (Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe), Amadeus und die DLG. Sein Fokus: tragfähige Architekturen, sauberer Code und der pragmatische Einsatz von KI genau dort, wo sie echten Nutzen bringt.
